Eva Maria Belser, Professor of Swiss and Comparative Constitutional Law, President of UNESCO for Democracy and Human Rights, Co-Director of the Department of Federalism, University of Friborg, Switzerland.   With Mr. Siyamand Hajo, leader of The Kurdistan Freedom Movemen, and his accompanying delegation. They are Dr. Tariq Al-Kharki, Vice President. Barzan Issa, Relationship Manager. The meeting was held at the home of the leader of the Party Serbesti Kurdistan-PSK Mr. Arif Bawecani. there was open discussion about the conditions of oppressed people. Mr. Bawecani came up with several suggestions for Maria.
