Conducting an important seminar on lobbying for the Kurdish nation. How to lobby in Norway compared to global lobbying.
On 15/12/2024, a seminar was held in Oslo, Norway, entitled Lobbying, in both Norwegian and Kurdish. The event was organized by the World Kurdish Friendship Association (WKFA), which is an international organization, in support of the Kurdish nation and to gather friends for Kurds in the world.
The speakers at the seminar were:
A. Dr. Dag Einar Thorsen, PhD in Political Science at the University College of Southeast Norway, where he analyzes political philosophy and social science research methods. He is also an expert on how to influence politicians and social actors in Norway.
2. Arif Bawecani, leader of the Party Serbesti Kurdistan (PSK) and activist in "lobbying" for Kurdistan. Participants were dozens of Kurds in the diaspora, Norwegians, foreign friends and supporters of the Kurdish cause.
In the first part of the program, the speakers presented their topics for 30 minutes.
In the second part, time was devoted to questions and comments from the participants.
Most of the participants expressed their view of the seminar as very positive and fruitful and considered it important to conduct more lobbying in this field.
Kurdistan TV also attended the seminar and collected necessary reports.
